I use SyncMate, it syncs Google and Mac for free. It is very handy and has nice interface. Why to pay for Spanning Sync if SyncMate does the same but for free?...

Moreover SyncMate syncs Mac with win mobile or nokia phones, PCs or Macs, PSP, USB drives, online storage. This is really all-in-one tool for mac OS X sync. And free version is available.

I have only been using Spanning Sync for a month but i think it is great. I like to have my mac as the ‘base’ network to my calenders, my iphone flawlessly syncs to my mac no problem so i always have it with me. So it was just getting them online to google calender.. and spanning sync does the job, it syncs both ways and now includes contact syncing as well… Works great.

Spanning Sync really is a wonderful piece of calendar sync software. I use it to keep my gcal, ical, and ipod touch all in sync. And with the new Spanning Sync 2.0 Beta you get contact synchronization between google and your address book!
